The Effectiveness of Achievement Motivation Training to Increase Employee Organizational Commitment of PT. MX

This research aims to know the effectiveness achievement motivation training increase organizational commitments of PT. MX Makassar Employees. The subjects were employees Makassar. They Supervisory Assistant, Supervisor, and Manager Assistant. Total 40. instrument that was used at this Organizational Commitment Scale. Research data have been analysed by using Independent Samples t-test technique. result T-test compared experiment group control indicated t = 9,620 (p <0,01) meant, entirely, there a differences with commitment between group, score average higher (mean =25) than =2). Moreover, different test independent sample t-test, affective showed =9,80 (p<0,01) meant difference group. Furthermore, continuance 5381 (p>0,05) normative commitment, known =5,779 (p>0,05). That all both didn’t significant after done.
